Hi!

I recently switched from Telia to your provider. The SIM card works fine in Finland but I landed in Austria yesterday and my phone shows "no network available". I cannot call anybody, of course I don't have roaming either.
What can be done? I tried switching my phone off and on, exchanging sim cards, nothing worked.
Does it have to be activated first?

Did you make sure that you don't have any barrings for roaming?
