Line is not on

Pb is simple, I moved from another operator to Elisa, old sim card is now off, new one still not on. I went yesterday evening to a branch in Sello to get this fix, tech was not there so it was meant to be done today in the morning, it is now 13.00 and I have yet to see any service.

Someone from my company contacted Elisa earlier today but is now gone so I am left in the dark with no way to know if anyone is actually doing somehting about it.

It would be professional from you to fix that since I need it to work asap or at least contact me. I don't think I should post my details here so please contact me via facebook.

    Not "Ammattilainen" but  "Ammattimies". 😉
