Changing my

I would like to change my elisa mix channel package, either to change the optional chanels or to change from the M to S package.

I thought this was done via the elisaviihde.fi/maksukanavat/

BUT

When I sign in to elisaviihde the select the maksukanavat I get ' Osio ei ole juuri nyt saatavilla'
If I log out then refresh the screen I get the correct page ???

So how can I update my elisa mix channels ?

Is the problem still on? You can try another browser, let us know if it worked. 🙂
The problem has been ongoing for weeks - same thing happens in crome firefox and IE. Home pc and work pc.

Just tried again.

If I login to https://elisaviihde.fi/ then click maksukanavat I get ' Osio ei ole juuri nyt saatavilla'

If i logout and refresh the https://elisaviihde.fi/maksukanavat/# page it works.

Then when I login the page looks ok but a red banner appears at the top saying :-

Palvelussa tapahtui virhe. Ole hyvä ja yritä hetken päästä uudelleen.

If I click the x by the msg it goes away and i can see the channel packages but I don't seems to be able to change my optional channels in my elisa mix m package.

Hmm, that seems really weird because I just tried that page and it worked just fine. Has anyone else been fighting with this same problem? :?
To me it looks like the problem is related to my user id. As it happens on all the devices i have tried - 4 different pc's android phone & tried 3 browsers firefox/chrome/IE.

So the problem remains how can I change my paid channel selections ?

Thanks for the suggestion, it is a work around but not really the solution I was looking for!

As I said before I beleive it is related to my user profile, is there anyway of getting that reset ?
