I can't find an e-mail for sending my claim.
I use your service provider for the second year. second summer connect unlimited internet. Last year was a great reception and great speed. this year and the reception and horrible speed. sometimes 0.2 kilobits / second. with the internet it is impossible not only to work, but even social networking. I am very upset about the work of your company.
Probably, after the end of unlimited traffic, I'll have to change the operator DNA. Thank you for understanding.

Sorry to hear about the problems concerning the speed of your internet connection. 😞 If the speed has been very slow for a longer period of time, the reason is usually that the capacity of the network is currently not sufficient to the number of mobile network users in the area. Hi i had an old internet package 0.25 mbit/s, but on friday i bought better internet 21 mbit/s, but i have still that old, slower package, whats wrong?? heres my number from modem removed phone number.

Hi! The problem seems to be that the old plan has not ended yet. When you buy a new one it will be "stored" on the number and will start working after the old plan expires. Hope this explains it 🙂
i know that I have still old plan, the questions is how i can cancel or remowe my old package???
Because i paid all ready for new package

There is no way to cancel the old plan, it will automatically terminate when the plan runs out.
Hi, I also have a low speed internet connection at Saunalahti Prepaid. And it's not depend on location. Download is about 0,2 Mb/s and upload is 0,15 Mb/s. Which way to improve it?

Have you bought a data plan or are you using it with the 0,99€/day price?

Are you on 4G or 3G?
I'm using 0,99 euro/day and 3G.

Your phone only supports 3G band 2100mhz which is pretty rare. So thats why you are getting 2G speeds. If you want to get more speed you need to upgrade your phone.
