I cant send no SMS from Germany and Austria

I have the correct number of the message central, but i can not send any sms from abroad.

Phone numbers in international format (ie. +35845 instead of 045)? Are you using prepaid?

If you are using prepaid, then you can't send (you can only receive) SMS from Germany and Austria according this document:

I don't know the reason , but that is the current situation. I recommend you to take a new prepaid subscription from some local operator.
