Hello. Today I received an invoice for Saunalahti Laajakaista 50M, which I never had a chance to use and was eventually canceled back in January, because Elisa did not fix the infrastructure in time. Please advise.

You don't need to pay that invoice, I checked the situation based on your palsta profile. It should show up as paid in your oma elisa now.
