Internet and service issues

For some reason our home network keeps going down. I posted on here how to change a modem as I had a spare Elisa modem for some reason. The answer was very prompt and the transition was easy but it did not solve the problem.
These are the services I am paying for:
Saunalahti Huoleton 4G
Saunalahti Laajakaista 10M
Saunalahti Mobiililaajakaista 4G
.
The screen shot enclosed shows the issue when I try and connect to the internet, I have to open diagnostics on an iMac and once I access keychain and click on always allow, the connection comes back for about 3-5 hours ( sometimes I have to do it 3 times in one hour.
I have now changed the modem, updated the firmware on an airport, and now changed to a new iMac and the problems are still continuing. ( We have two phones and 2 iPads that also drop the connection.

My other problem is that my iPad with a 4g Elisa sim card usually says no service ( even in Helsinki)
I visited the Elisa shop as I was told by a neighbour that where we lived had now finally got 50M connection.
I was told by Elisa that I could have the connection and then his colleague came to look and said “ no I can’t have it because your modem is too old with a smile on his face”
After getting over that one, I asked why my iPad did not work with the sim card that has me tied to Elisa until March. I was told that I have the wrong sim card, the wrong iPad, probably a foreign iPad. It is in fact an Elisa sim card, an Elisa bought iPad 5 years ago and so if you like a “Finnish iPad”

So on top of bad customer service, poor connections that I pay for and being told I am a liar, all I can do is wait until March when I can cut all ties with Elisa and move to a company who look after their customers.

Until then I have to solve the problems, according to Elisa on my own.

Any help would be appreciated ( at least until March 14 : )

Could you please send us you're customer number and address via private message , so we can review the contracts and measure how the broadband line works? :)
