Hi, Since last week my mobile internet is taking me back by 4-5 years. My 4G never worked up-to satisfaction and it gets disconnected frequently. Customer service was notified about these issues but their reply was always complicated by a suggestion to get in touch with technical team and reaching them over phone is really uphill task.
Please suggest how to terminate the contract.

? Hey, I'm sorry about not replying to you faster. We might have missed your post and usually we answer in 24h. I checked your problem and it seems 4G is slow because of capacity problems in the nearest 4G tower. From statistics connection seems to work from 2M to about 15M. Clearly lower during peak user hours. We are doing one update during next month but unfortunately there's nothing else planned for the next 3 months or so. I also checked that in your address theres fiber ethernet connections also available with non-mobile connection up to 100M. Have you considered those before?
