I live in Lappeenranta on Kierniemenraitti. From Sunday - 29.03 - I have no internet connection via VDSL. I have asked my neighbors about it and they told me that they have the same problem. Also, I made a request for repairs to customer service that day.
Today is 02.04. And it is a fifth day. For that 5 days no one call to me. When I trying to call to customers service, I get only 1 answer - You should wait. Our technical department will solving that. - In general, no dates, no concrete actions.
How long we need to wait to see some actions from your side?! Why we need to pay you 100% of your bill amount if your service not working well!?
Tomorrow holidays will start. So that's mean that we will not have an internet until Tuesday. We cannot even watch a TV because it is depends on the internet!!!
