No service Roaming in Czech Republic(iPhone 6S)

Hi,
I have signed up for a contract that allows me roaming in the EU but arrived to the czech republic only to realise i cant get any service on my phone.i have restarted my phone a dozen times still no service.I called aheard to make sure everything was fine before i left Helsinki.I need help.

Are you sure that you don't have any barrings?
Is the roaming on? 🙂
i dont know where to check if i have barring on or not.and yes i have the roaming activated

There may be a possibility that you can't change the barrings from there so I suggest you contact us so we can discuss better about this. 🙂

I checked by your email and I saw that there was? but yes, I can't be sure that I found the right subscription. Please contact customer service for further look. 🙂

Try selecting the local network manually:
- From the Home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap Carrier.
- Tap the Automatic slider to Off.
- Tap the network you want to select.
I did that already but it not even attempting to connect just ticks the local network but wont connect.

As I told before, if I found the right subscription there is a barring. I can't discuss about this any further in here, because this is a public forum. 🙂
