I preordered the Huawei mate 20 pro through Elisa, and I have been using so far for almost a month a half. The phone is good but I am starting to get a green effect/halo around the screen. I have read a little bit about it online and apparently it is a faulty LG screen problem from the manufacturer that is quite common in preordered phones.
So, naturally, I want to return the phone to get the problem sorted, so do I have to contact Huawei directly or can I just bring my phone to a local Elisa shop? Also, anyone has any idea about how long it will take for it get it sorted, I don't really want to stay phoneless through the Christmas season.

The delivery of the phone to the service can be done either via Elisa's store or by delivering the product with the warranty cover directly to the Service.
Phone repair usually takes a few business days, depending on the service queue and the availability of spare parts.
