So I received the pre-order of S9 plus day before yesterday and I believe it has some battery issue since the phone is getting extra warm and battery is draining. I want to replace the phone as I bought it in contract and I don't want to pay 3 years for defected product. Please let me know what will be the procedure for it.

Just an update. I ended up not sending the S9 plus back. Apparently the issue was not the battery, but some video enhancement feature was selected in the settings, which was draining the battery and apparently making the cell hot. I was checking the battery performance based on an online article in which they ran a 90 minutes HD video which drained 13 percent of the battery but mine was draining 25 percent. After unselecting the video enhancement feature, I also got the desired 13 percent. Posting it here so if someone else worried about battery, that is the reason.Katso alkuperäinen viesti
