Saunalahti internet subscription not working

Hey!

Hope somebody can help me. I just got a new saunalahti sim-card as my old phone was stolen and I simply wanted to subscribe to the 6month internet package. I entered my phone number correctly and interestingly my bank account was charged, but i have not received any confirmation sms and indeed the subscription is not active. Why so and what can I do?

I find it impossible to navigate the support pages in Finnish. Hope someone can enlighten me!
