Saunalahti Prepaid is not working abroad

Hi All,
I have a 2-year-old Saunalahti Prepaid sim-card, which is working fine while I am in Finland.
However, it is not able to register in other countries like Germany, Latvia, Czech Republic and Russia.
I remember that in the first month of use it was working also in Sweden, Denmark and Russia.
I believe there should be no problem in other countries, according to the website: https://elisa.fi/prepaid/saunalahti-prepaid--roaming/

Is there anything I can do to check and activate the roaming service again? Thanks!

With zero balance you can still receive text.

If the sim does not even register on any network, there is definitely something wrong. Yes, it is best to ask about it from Elisa shop or by contacting the customer service.

Have you tried choosing the network manually?

If there has ever been a situation where the sim has been rejected by a network, the sim will remember this and the automatic network selection will avoid that network until you try selecting that network manually.

LTE roaming is also very rare, so it is best to switch your phone into GSM or UMTS mode while roaming.

Of the countries you listed, Saunalahti Prepaid does not work in Russia. There is no Venäjä on the Saunalahti Prepaid roaming list.

Are you sure that your sim has not expired? The initial validity is just 3 months from taking the sim in use. After topping up the first time, the sim card will be valid for 12 months since the latest top up.
OK, Russia is off the list. Thanks, irritus, for pointing this out!

For other countries mentioned I have checked all these points:
1. Sim-card is active and working in Finland.
2. Tried to select manually all visible networks.
3. Tried the sim-card on an iPhone with LTE and also on a simple GSM-only Nokia (both phones work in Finland).

Does it make sense to visit an Elisa shop? Could it be that roaming service is not active due to some conditions, like minimum available balance or some other?
