This whole system is a major failure

After an initial student card application on 30th October, I still do not have a student card and the semester is pretty much about to end. I've called numerous times to contact your incompetent staff at a calling rate of 17 cents/min in which I spend 20 minutes on hold. Your staff promise to give me a call back after investigation as no one can see why my student card isn't being delivered but no one calls back! 

With the dreadful service Elisa is proving to provide, I'm quite glad I don't utilise Elisa for anything else, if I had a choice I would never use your services!

I'm sorry that you feel this way about Elisa.

Can you please write about your problem to one moderator of the week (you can see these at forum page) and one of them will solve your issue as soon as possible. Right now online week 49 moderators. Contact one of these guys.

Could one of the moderators for this week please contact me? After my numerous efforts to get some progress on the status of my card I finally received a text message last Thursday (1 week ago) saying my card is now 'processed.' I have not heard anything since about collecting the card so I called up again this morning, only to be faced with the EXACT SAME ISSUE - "I don't know what is wrong with this order, I will call you back." I can see on this forum there are other people that are also experiencing ridiculous waiting times for a card order. Do you really thing this service is functioning properly if it takes more than half a semester and counting to get hold of a card? 

I would also like to lodge a formal complaint about this to Elisa, on top of the complaints to Aalto University and the student union AYY so please advise me of the process to do that, if you actually have one.

How soon is soon? If I don't receive any news by tomorrow I will demand a refund as well as lodging a formal complaint.
