I just arrived to Germany and my phone refuses to connect to any network, saying they are forbidden. This is my first time going abroad since switching to Saunalahti and I called before I left to make sure everything would work, which it doesn't...

I tried switching my sim to another phone and it still didn't work so the phone's settings are not the problem. I can't call SL since the bill for 20+ minutes waiting time from the hotel phone would be too much to bear. Hopefully there is some setting in oma.saunalahti that I can change myself. Would anyone have any idea what I could do?

You could check from oma.saunalahti this feature:

From the left choose GSM-Liittymät (first the black, then the orange link) -> click your phone number
From Palvelut  choose link Muokkaa asetuksia.
Käyttö ulkomailla estetty (roaming esto kaikki liikenne)  means all roaming blocked, so this should not be chosen.

It would be good to check that you are trying to use a network that Saunalahti has made a roaming contract with. These are listed here:

Thank you that worked. Just annoying when I called 2x20 minutes this morning to make sure this problem did not arise. Still, thank you for your swift help here.
