Why "Tervetuloa" page doesn't move anywhere further?

I received my Elisa Viihde package today. After install both modem and digibox, Internet works but however TV is not working yet.

Digibox stays at the "Elisa Tervertuloa" page but nothing happen after I press "ok" button from the remote, remote otherwise is working, digibox can be switched on/off easily. I tried to change HDMI slot from TV side, but it's all the same. Internet LAN is connected between the modem and digibox. Have any of you hear this kind of problem before, any ideas?

Pull the plug off the wall and wait 30 seconds. When I did my first installation with Elisa Viihde, my digibox froze also but after I pull the plug off and put it in again it started working fine.

Pull the plug off the wall and wait 30 seconds. When I did my first installation with Elisa Viihde, my digibox froze also but after I pull the plug off and put it in again it started working fine.
