Our treaty with Elisa is an "Elisa Yritysdata EU 200M 4G". Since May 2018 we have not found a solution for successful port forwarding, even with calling "gurus" from Elisa. We lost a lot of time and money. In the end we have got now a static IP address using the APN "kiintea4" in the profile of the modem. Still port forwarding doesn't work.
All settings of the 4G LTE modem are ok. The system protocol of the modem shows that the indented port was really opened when we made an entry in the forwarding list.
Testing for open ports from outside with a mobile device directed to our static address shows that Elisa is blocking ports. There is no other explanation.
Where can we get the information about the ports Elisa allows for running our own small servers in tiny IoT devices?
Previously we lived in another town and used a wired Elisa internet connection. With that it was not at all a problem to configure and use port forwarding.
Thanks in advance for helping.

Hello xallixtus and welcome to OmaYhteisö! Sorry for the late response Only ports that are filtered in our network are 25 TCP, 7574 TCP, 1900 UDP/TCP, 53 UDP and 123(NTP) UDP. All of these are based on recommendations given by Viestintävirasto. You can find a bit more information about these filters from customer care site, unfortunately that site is only in Finnish, port filtering information is listed under "Elisan verkossa käytössä olevat porttisuodatukset" segment.Katso alkuperäinen viesti
