Jakas, Samsung has a DOA policy, OnePlus doesn't.
Elisa is not the one who makes the decisions about those, the
manufacturer is. I contacted OnePlus and they were a little bit confused too.
Elisa is now trying to solve this and we'll get back to you when we get any answers. 🙂




The manufacturer decides whether they use DOA policy or not and OnePlus have decided that they do not offer DOA. We are sorry about the misunderstandings in this case. 😞 We have now informed OnePlus and in future the information given in OnePlus and Elisa customer service will be similar.
