Hi I have Elisa as an internet and TV provider in my building, and I have problem to connect my rauter to internet connection , my friends told that probably I am using wrong plugs and it's the round plug with my tv cable. If it's so do I get the rauter from anywhere with this plugs? Or maybe if Elisa can provide it what is the procedure for that? I am attaching the picture of plugs

If you want to use Elisa's Internet connection, you have to order it separately. You can also purchase a modem for your connection when ordering Internet connection.

You can check out and subscribe to Internet connection and modem from here.

Address (nothing more thsn city, street and house number) would have helped..

IF you're in an Elisa cable area (that is , Elisa supplies both TV and internet over the cablenet) then you need a DOCSIS 3.1-compatible cablemodem.

IF you're in and Elisa ADSL/VDSL area, then the connection in picture is not the right one, the modem/router should be conected to your landline-telephone connection. (Remember, you need a xDSL compatible modem for that).
