I have prepaid card,,i want to access in mobiillivarmenne to See everything about my health,,kela,,etc..the problem is What i should do How to acess because im using only prepaid number & it didnt let me to go about it..

It might not be possible, because your number is anonymous. Maybe you should try to get 'Saunalahti latausliittymä Norppa". It cost you five (5) euro for first two (2) years, You need also a new number for that. --->

You might need a Finnish national identification number (henkiötunnus) as well to get mobiilivarmenne. If you can use Finnish online bank services you can get mobiilivarmenne on the net. Otherwise you need to go Elisa's service point to get identification for the mobiilivarmenne.
Identification at the service point you need also Finnish passport or Finnish ID-card or foreigners ID-card for permanent resident by police or Finnish driver licence (valid ad 1st Oct 1990). At the same desk you can have a new SIM-card and number for that.
The first three months of "mobiilivarmenne" are free of charge, then it costs 1,99 euro per month. Is it worth it? The same you can get by using Finnish online bank services for identification.

LeonM is absolutely right on this, unfortunately it is not possible to register Mobiilivarmenne for a Prepaid-card because the number is anonymous 😞
