Just switched to Elisa

Hi, any help is very much appreciated. Just switched from DNA to Elisa, I had to change the phone line to my name so it took a while. Then I finally managed to install the chip into my phone, after failing on giving the right PIN 😛

After finding and inputting the PUK code I have the chip and no line. What did I do wrong?

Thanks for your help! I phoned the help line and problem solved. It's still not activated, so I'll wait for that.

Sorry to hear that you have had problems with our subscrpition 😕 After you start the phone and put the right PIN, does your phone find our network at all (Elisa/Saunalahti & 2G/3G/4G or LTE)? If not, could you check that you have the right settings on your phone. Most importantly check that your APN-address is ''internet'' and you have mobile data on. If possible, you can also try the SIM-card to another phone/device and test whether the line works then.

You made a big mistake. Elisa is the worst operator. They are cheating us.
