I changed my phone-subscription to "4G Saunalahti Huoleton Premium" 2 months ago, I was told that I would have no customer service fees or any extra fees apart from the 29,90e per month charge starting from the date.
I checked my invoice today and there is an additional 12e "Asiakaspavelun pavelumaksu" even though I specifically asked about extra charges, and was told there is going to be NO service charges.
I checked my original contract and it includes no mention of any "Asiakaspalvelu" charge either.
Did the Elisa customer server lie to me about this, or is this a mistake on my invoice? Can some explain?

it seems like the data barring for abroad usage has been taken off at the same time when you'd ordered the Premium and that's why there is a 12e fee from "Roaming-eston
If there's something unclear about the invoice I suggest you contact customer service about that.
