Hello, why am I still not connected if I have already paid all the bills?

I recommend always paying bills through the OmaElisa application or website. In this way, the acknowledgment of paid invoices is immediately visible on Elisa, and the subscription closed due to unpaid invoices is usually opened within about 15-30 minutes. You should try restarting the phone.

If you usually pay your bills via online banking, it may take a couple of business days to log in. In this case, you should contact Elisa's customer service.

As other commentators have stated, you should contact Elisa’s Customer Service regarding this issue. We won’t discuss private matters (such as invoices) on public forums. 👍
