I have a monthly subscription and I can’t send any sms as it always fails. Changing of the customer service no according to the instructions here https://elisa.fi/asiakaspalvelu/aihe/matkapuhelinliittymat/ohje/tekstiviestit/ doesn’t help. And I can’t even reach you support service 0600 900 30. It says that from my phone i cannot call to this number.
Elisa Omaguru 0600 support number is not a customer service. It is a way to make easy money charging caller €2,20+mobile cost a minute. Regular customer service is in OmaElisa or 010 number which you can find in link: it’s their job to help you if you are customer.
