Issue - Wrong Invoice

Hello, 

 

I received an invoice from Elisa. However, I changed to another operator 2 months ago and I am no longer using Elisa. How can I cancel the invoice, because I don’t use it. 
I can not do that online, it is written “the other operator will do it” and I am currently abroad… 

I am fed up, because so many issues already happened to transfer the number, I waited for 3 weeks before having again my phone number etc…. I don’t want to pay more… Thank you for your help really!
