Hello,

I went on Saturday to get mine and it would seem that there is a touch stick in the headphone jack. What kind of repair times can I expect when I take it back into circulation? Or, after all, this is hardly even repaired, but the defective ones are replaced immediately. Do I get involved right away or does the handset go through someone else first? Has Elisak outsourced these tasks to SFC?
