My wife’s phone has been stolen and she used prepaid sim-card. We already report about a crime to police, gave them all information including IMEI, but we almost lost hope. Is it possible to restore a number from that prepaid sim?

I’m sorry to hear that. You can change Prepaid SIM-card at the nearest Elisa shop, but you need to show that frame where is details for that number such as PUK-code. Without PUK-code it’s not possible to change a Prepaid SIM-card.
