I am upgrading from a 16GB SE. I just purchased the iPhone 12 mini new from Apple.
I started by starting the wireless transfer to the new iPhone to setup. During this process, it told me I must update to iOS 15. It has been 2 hours. It is stuck on the "install now" button showing with a spinning loading circle. Also the "learn more" button is frozen?
Does it take a long time to update or does this seem frozen?
What should I do? please help.

Simply reboot the device. Normally, the average time for iOS 15 to install is about half an hour. Wait for about 5-10 minutes before turning the device back on.
