I am travelling to India and I am unable to troubleshoot the issue of having no network. I tried manual network selection, it shows a bunch of networks but even selecting any of them, it doesn't connect.
 

There is somehow no option to chat with customer care as well. Can anyone guide or share the idea?

 

PS: I am using iphone 11 pro and my sim type is esim.

Are you using a prepaid or do you have a post paid subscription? 🤔 If you are using a prepaid, then that explains the issue. Prepaid subscriptions can’t be used in India.
