Sent money to wrong account

I have sent 56.09€ to Elisa from my account with the reference number *******************. It was meant to go to a different account but I mistakenly sent it to you. How do i go about recovering these funds?

Elisa's instruction:

“If the reference number has been incorrect: Write down the date of the transaction, the amount and the incorrect reference number from your online bank account transactions. Then contact our customer service and we will match your payment to the correct invoice.”
