Elisa's liar seller

Hi all!

 

I was tricked into purchasing Elisa's subscription by Elisa's seller in Myyrmäki shopping mall. He convinced me that the subscription will start from the date I ordered (1.05.2021). But it started at that day. I've never put Elisa's sim card into my smartphone. And now, I have to pay for nothing.  I will never use Elisa's service and recommend it to anyone.

 

I'll be happy to know where else I could write a complain for such terrible service.

This section is for mobile internet. Did you change your phone subscription from another operator and transferred your own phone number to Elisa? Do you mean that you wanted to transfer your phone number to Elisa 1st of May but it happened immediately? Transfer will take several days minimum and is informed in advance by SMS. It’s little bit unclear explanation from your side what really happened…

Your signed contact paper should also show all the necessary information.

I think the best you can do is to contact Elisa customer service center. Elisa Customer Service Center number is 010 190 240 - hopefully they could sort out the possible problem you have.
