Invoice paid, but it is still open in OmaElisa

hi i already pay my invoice but still in the app of oma elisa its not paid, and its already deducted in my bank acouny

It takes a while for it to disappear from omaelisa.

Did you pay the invoice directly from OmaElisa’s Invoices tab, or as a regular online bank payment? 🤔

If the invoice is paid through the bank’s payment system it can take 1-5 weekdays (excluding weekends) for the invoice in OmaElisa to transfer from open invoices to paid invoices. This is due to the delay it takes for the banks to process the payment, and for the payment to register from the bank to Elisa’s billing system. 

If the invoice is paid through OmaElisa, the invoice in question transfers immediately from open invoices to paid invoices. 🙂 There is a known issue though that while paying the invoice, you should always return from your bank’s payment view back to the seller’s service (in this case, Elisa’s OmaElisa self service) for the payment to register immediately and correctly as paid. If this fails to happen, for example the internet connection hiccups or the tab is closed too soon, there’s nothing to worry about — the payment is then processed as if it was a regular online bank payment and it takes the same 1-5 weekdays for the invoice to be registered as paid in OmaElisa.
