Hi,

I received a payment reminder yesterday regarding an unpaid invoice [XXX], while I already paid for this invoice on the 15.03.2023 [reference XXX]. Then, I paid twice for this invoice and also had to paid for penalties in invoice XXX because of this. Please can you regularize the issue.
