Hi @felista ! I’ve seen that paradox-situation before. The problem is caused because your laptop has some F-Secure application lingering in it. Usually the problem has been solved by running the ‘uninstallation tool’ from F-Secure’s website: https://www.f-secure.com/en/home/support/tools . After that run the Turvapaketti installer again and allow it to make changes to your device :)
