Lets start with my laptop. I own a Lenovo Y510p laptop with windows 10 installed on it. Hopefully there is no problem in the device because I could connect to my home wifi without any trouble. My college has a special log in system where you have to manually set up a connection and put your own credentials. Ill write the procedure;
Security type: WPA2-Enterprise
Encrytion: AES
Network authentication method: PEAP
Uncheck verifying servers identity by validating...
Check Specify authentication mode and select user only then put ur credentials.
I did all this but it doesnt connect at all. I seek help from IT but they couldnt solve it. It instantly says Cant connect.

Hi @ahmadali ! I don’t have a quick fix for that but I have few ideas 🤔 Just to clarify: the wireless connection works at home but not at the college? If the connection works at home with the same Lenovo Y510p laptop then there isn’t an issue with the computer.
That leaves me wondering about the ‘organization log in’, I’ve experienced issues with those before but they can usually only be resolved by contacting the system administrator or IT-department that maintains it.
But one tip I have is to change the network authentication method to: PEAP-TLS

Do I also need an eduroam installer too? I’m a student at the University of Helsinki, but after a long period of online learning (I could not connect to my home wi-fi either, so I updated the wi-fi drivers and everything worked), now I cannot connect to my college wi-fi on campus.
