turvapaketti problem with installation

while installing Elisa turvapaketti  on my new Laptop, getting  cycling  in step-by-step  actions:

 1. Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device
Network installer
"yes"
2. while Elisa turvapaketti setup,
checking compatibility 
“please remove the following applications F-secure OneClient-based product”
"Remove and continue"
 
3. Restart required 
"restart now" 
Restarting 

and after that  again 
1.
Do yuo want to allow this app to make changes to your device
Network Installer

 

Can anybody provide a solution to this paradox

Hi @felista ! I’ve seen that paradox-situation before. The problem is caused because your laptop has some F-Secure application lingering in it. Usually the problem has been solved by running the ‘uninstallation tool’ from F-Secure’s website: https://www.f-secure.com/en/home/support/tools . After that run the Turvapaketti installer again and allow it to make changes to your device :)

Yes!!!, After all, it worked, and Turvapaketti  is installed now.
