Can you change the date of your monthly bill for example if it is supposed to be paid 5 of every month can you change it to the 10th instead?

Yes, it is possible to do it by contacting our customer service. 
There are few different due date options to choose from, but unfortunately the 10th day is not an option. However, you can choose the 11th day. That permanent billing due date change costs 12,99€.
