That sounds strange if the app needs Firefox to open. What phone do you have, and have you tried reinstalling the OmaElisa app? Also, glad to have you as part of the mighty force of OmaYhteisö @robuter!

Check in phones settings , that Firefox is put as default browser.

Firefox is the default browser. I have uninstalled and installed again but still the omaelisa app does not recognise Firefox even though it's telling me it's one of the apps it works on.

And I'm on a Motorola Edge 20 pro 5G

Do you have the latest version of Firefox on your phone?

Have you tried Chrome browser?

Newest version of Firefox yes, and yes it works in Chrome. I just want it to work in Firefox because I like using Firefox. Very annoying.

Clear the Play Store cache.

We’ve discovered this problem with the OmaElisa app and some versions of the Firefox browser. We’re working on a fix which will most probably be released in the next app release.
