You can activate the eSIM card in OmaElisa. You have to read QR-code with your device from there.
To download and activate an eSIM on your smart device:
- Log in to OmaElisa at omaelisa.fi. For example, we recommend that you log in on a computer so that you can easily scan the QR code required for setup on your smart device. If you do not yet have the credentials required for login, use your Elisa ID at elisa.fi/luo-tunnus.
- Open Your Products & Subscriptions and choose the correct plan.
- Select SIM card or eSIM.
- Click Activate New SIM or eSIM and select eSIM as the card type.
- Follow the instructions in OmaElisa to see the QR code used to download and activate the eSIM to your device.
