Please i can't connect my network i just brought it today

Could you please tell us a bit more about your connection? Is it a mobile broadband with a SIM card in a router? Or is it a fixed broadband, where the connection works via a wall socket and a cable connection? 🤔 Can you tell us the exact brand and model of a possible modem or router you might have in use? 

The fastest way to receive help is contacting our customer care. 👍🏼 You can book a callback from our customer care free of charge here. If your internet connection works via a new SIM card you bought, please choose the topic Fault report (mobile subscriptions). If your internet connection works via a wall socket and a cable connection, please choose the topic Fault report (others) instead. This way you can reach a person from our fault report department who can help you immediately 🙂 

If writing is easier, we can either troubleshoot the connection more here or you can send our social media customer care team a direct message either in Facebook or in Twitter. 😊
