Good afternoon.
Yesterday, I mistakenly subscribed to a device data plan on my phone. It's very slow for a phone. I then subscribed to a new plan, but it won't start until the device plan expires, which is three months.

Please help me cancel my device data plan. I want the next plan to start immediately.

Prepaid plans are anonymous, so unfortunately we can’t make any changes to them. In other words, we’re not able to reliably verify that the subscription belongs to you. 🙏
You’ll need to wait until the current package expires and then activate the one you want after that. 😊

I’d also recommend turning on recurring billing in the prepaid store if you usually choose the same data package each month. 👌
