Problems connecting to new internet provider

I have switched from Elisa to Telia. 

Now I cannot connect. Could it be possible that my connection is still to Elisa? Meaning that you have to release something before I can join Telia?

I’m sorry to hear that your internet is not working. 😔 Is this about a mobile phone’s internet connection, or a home internet? In both cases, it might be best to contact your new operator’s customer care and ask them for help. 👍

If you can't find the network, you should turn off your phone and turn it on again after about 5 to 10 minutes.
