Internet connection problem

Im using elisa postpaid internet connection . My contract is fixed term . I work at kalasatama and my elisa’s internet connection dont work in my area . I mean inside many buildings  it shows me E on the network.  No service im getting in many places . I asked elisa agent to end my contract , he said i may have to pay rest of the contract bill . Im not getting the service i was pomised , dont i have the right to end this contract without any fine ?

A fixed-term contract cannot usually be cancelled.
You have to pay until the end of the contract period, but Your order placed by distance selling has a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance selling from the date of delivery of the order confirmation or receipt of the device. (Also a fixed-term contract.)
