Internet not working on childs device

Has this issue already been resolved?😊 Have you tried restarting the device and checked that mobile data is on? Does the phone have any connection at all so are calls and text messages working normally? If there’s any possibility that something might be wrong with the phone’s settings the easiest and fastest thing to do is to test the simcard in another device if possible.👍
