Public IP on Elisa Company 5G?

I have a 5G SIM which is registered via the company I work for (työliittymä).

Is it possible to get a Public IP or NAT type 2 or so using this SIM?

If so, how do I do it? I’ve set the APN in the router “internet4” but I don’t see any difference.
