Im currently in Austria and i cannot send and receive sms. Only calling works, what is the problem?

I think issue could be your device doesn’t support VoLTE Roaming. VoLTE Roaming needed to send SMS messages with Prepaid plans. In Finland and Estonia you don’t need VoLTE to send SMS.
In Roaming pricing list have countries where Prepaid work and also requirements: https://elisa.fi/puheliittymat/kaytto-ulkomailla/ (in Finnish)

Hmm. Was everything working well in Finland so the problem is only abroad? 🤔 Do you have prepaid or postpaid subsription and what’s the brand and model of your phone?

I have prepaid. But yeah before everything was fine. I had a Nokia 108, there it mentioned something about roaming but couldn't find any settings to adjust that. Put the SIM in a Samsung galaxy A40 and also there I still cannot send messages. Thanks :)

Prepaids should work just fine in Austria so that’s not the issue there. Are you able to make calls or receive messages either? There should be network settings somewhere where you can choose the network manually so probably best to check that too. 🤔 I trust that you have balance on your subscription. 😅
I can make and receive calls as well as receive messages, and yes i have a balance :D i have also tried all networks manually but that didn't help..
