Hello,

I have some issues with elisa. I am using other service provider also but never had this issue ever.

  1. My current bill has added elisa viihde which I havn’t used. I also had no idea that I have this subscription. I don't remember subscribing this service. some time ago I noticed and  tried to cancel this but bills keep coming. Can you please cancel this and deduct that bill’s price from my invoice?

 

  1. Can you please send me paper bill from now? 
  1. I used to pay using online banking for elisa bills since long.  I haven't noticed I didn’t connected this bill. I have received one bill today from intrum about my late payment with creditor Elisa Oyj. I never received any reminder bill from elisa before (at home address). Shouldn’t I receive at least one reminder before sending to collector ? This is the first time I received any letter about pending bills. Some of my bills were overdue and I paid late fee to elisa too. If you dont send me reminder bill what that overdue charge for? 
  • I received bill for total 19.81 euro from intrum with collection fee 19 euro and interest 0.81. That interest is from  of bill from last last year’s december, this year’s january and february with the sum of 0.43, 0.34 and 0.14 euro respectively. I really couldn’t understand what interest are these and why any remaining interest (if any) doesn’t add in my next bill or why dont I see these interest in oma elisa or why dont you send any reminder bill to me but charge late fee? Do I also have any hidden interest which you were going to send to collector?
