Smartwatch issue

Hi. Last week I received a smartwatch for my kid with sim card. Smartwatch requires a PIN code to connect the watch. On the sim card there was no PIN code written, only card number. Now SIM card is blocked. I put it in my phone to unlock with PUK code, but afterwards it requires a PIN witch I don’t have. 
I’ve contacted your customer service, they said the PIN code is in user’s manual of a smartwatch. I have checked, there is none. 
So far I can’t use the watch. Could you please help me? What should I do next?
