Customer service in Elisa Shop/Iso Omena

Hi, I was in iso omena your service desk yesterday. The guy introduced me a phone package with 11.99euros. I did not bring I’d, so I ask the guy if tomorrow is ok to come to subscribe. He said it is ok.

 

today I bring the id to the service desk, and the guy told me that the offer is expired. Then I asked why you said yesterday the offer would be valid on Tuesday? 
 

it is really disappointing that the false information was given, I had to walk a long way to iso omena to ask. The guy could be nice if he told me the offer is expired yesterday, the. I don’t have to walk that long way.

Sorry to hear that the offer that was given yesterday wasn’t available today.😞

I don’t believe that you’ve knowingly been given false information, most likely this is an human error. Some offers are available for a limited time period and this person that you’ve spoken with might not have had an up-to-date information on the offer’s validity time. Also, we have multiple simultaneous offers so there might have been a mix-up with some other offer’s validity time.

This situation is unfortunate and my apologies that due to this you’ve made an extra walk just to visit our shop again!🙏 If needed, please contact our customer service or sales team to hear current offers on our products and services!
